The great opportunity of building a new factory on a virgin site is that you can create efficient workflow by incorporating the right machinery and systems from the outset. So many old factories have to up with poor machinery and inadequate infrastructure. Over two hundred specialist state of the art computer controlled machines and lathes were shipped in from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Italy and the United States. They do everything from precisely cutting to shape wooden parts of the cabinets to computer spray machines where polyester is applied in static charge booths.
